Launched in 2019, DJD Capital Group was created with the goal to empower all kinds of investors through real estate. As an investor himself, DJD Capital Group founder Daryl Daniels has long had a passion for real estate and personal finance, but it wasn’t until he started helping his mother with her finances did he discover his desire to help others, as well. It all started when years ago, Daniels mom received poor advice from a financial advisor, no less, when she was advised to roll over her pension into an IRA. Soon, she discovered her projected monthly earnings had decreased by almost 30% and she was no longer sure if she would have enough money to retire. Daniels knew there was a better way to make the most of his mother’s savings. The answer was real estate. Enter, DJD Capital Group. With a desire to help everyone make the most of their money, Daniels launched DJD Capital Group to allow everyone to benefit from passive investing with a focus on property acquisition, development, as well as real estate lending. Today, DJD Capital Group is a real estate private equity firm that manages impressive real estate assets on behalf of investors across the country. With a focus on apartments, single family homes and new builds throughout the United States, we specialize in the acquisition, value enhancement, and disposition of residential and commercial real estate in emerging and growing markets. Since inception, Daniels brings over a decade of real estate investing experience to DJD Capital Group. He has also participated in numerous development projects and has been recognized as a go-to partner to develop and employ marketing strategies for a number of elite developers in and around the United States.
